HTU Evaluation
My capstone. A system my university actually uses to grade its own teachers.
── what it is
Final capstone. Shipped to the university. The first thing I built that someone other than my classmates used.
── the problem
Holy Trinity University ran instructor evaluations on paper — forms passed around, manually tallied, summaries that took weeks. The feedback loop was broken before it began.
── the decision
Vanilla JS, Node, Express, MongoDB, EJS — deliberately boring, because the team had to maintain it after I graduated. A clean evaluation flow, automatic summaries, dashboard for admins.
